Our client, a public services organisation, had recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace their case management system. As the organisation prepared to go live with the platform across the business, it required specialist skills and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition.

We incorporated modifications made necessary by regulatory changes, technical debt, bug fixes, and the required functionality.
